About

Sarah Cauzza

Owner + Professional Organizer

Let’s sum this up:

Childhood – HUGE fan of organizing, lover of school supplies, Mom that coudn’t get rid of pretty much anything (hi, Mom!).

Adulthood – Still a huge fan of organizing, lover of office supplies, help my Mom organize on weekends. I have my MBA and spent almost a decade in the professional world of Human Resources, constantly making things prettier and more organized – from processes to performance to paperwork to presentations. (Sidenote: also a huge fan of alliteration.)

Mommahood – Took a step away from my career as I was blessed with 3 amazing girls. Mommahood has taught me a lot – about patience, patience, more patience and organization! Every stage, every kid, every home, every hobby – all new things for me to tackle and make pretty and organized. And I love it! I have found that being a Mom can be hard at times. Like, really hard. Supporting others and making their lives easier makes me really happy.

Grace E Bea – I decided to follow my passion of organizing and helping others make their lives simpler.

Perhaps it’s all the countless hours I’ve put into HGTV but I can look at a space and have a vision for it. In fact, I can’t look at a space and NOT have a vision for it (just ask my friend who invited me over for lunch, showed me her pantry and then watched me organize it for a couple hours!). The space that probably gives you anxiety when you look at it, will start me daydreaming!

Grace E Bea is named after 3 of my other passions in life, besides organizing – the one in my arms above and these two sweetnesses.
